Returns:
We think you and your pets will love your order, but if for some reason they aren't just drooling over it, we gladly accept returns and will send you a refund. We always stand by our promise:
At Hollywood Feed if your pet doesn't love it or if you don't love it, we will gladly replace or refund it.

How to Return Something:
If you wish to return an item, visit us in store and speak to a Feed Team member, give our customer service team a call at 888-816-8691, or send an email to [email protected] with Returns as the subject. We'll help you with returning your product and getting a refund or exchange sent your way. Any usable product from returns will be donated to our rescue partners to help them help pets in need.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. But we promise we'll get it to you as fast as we can!
