Hollywood Feed is committed to offering the best products at the best prices. We will match any competitor’s price on identical merchandise, guaranteed, including Chewy & Amazon.
We will match competitor’s sales & promotions on identical merchandise, as long as they are current, valid, & not expired. We price match Online & In Store. Online the customer can chat, call, or email Customer ServiceOpens a new tab. In Store, the customer can visit any Hollywood Feed store.
It may qualify for a price match if...
- It is the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, flavor, quantity, & item number.
- It is an identical item in stock at a competitor at a lower price right now.
Important considerations:
- The offer is a discount on items not carried at Hollywood Feed.
- The Hollywood Feed price is already lower than the discounted competitor's price.
- The item is unavailable for the customer to purchase from the competitor.
- The item price is a typographical error.
- The price requires a paid subscription to access.
- The offer is a subscription based discount & the Hollywood Feed Frequent Feeder price is lower.
- If the customer would receive a promotional competitor gift card as part of the price match difference.
- The item is a possible counterfeit from a third party seller or marketplace.
Please note that we do factor in shipping/delivery costs/local delivery/pickup costs if there are any.
We also account for any discounts accumulated via our Frequent Feeder Program. For example, if our Frequent Feeder program is buy 12 get 1 free and the bag of food has an everyday price of $20, our net price is $18.46 because 12 bags at $20 is split across 13 bags with the Frequent Feeder Program. If it is not on Frequent Feeder, we compare it to our everyday price.
We ask that the customer provide us with links, photos, or any information that will allow us to quickly investigate the offer in order to provide them with the discounted price! We will do our due diligence to verify any price match requests in order to honor them whenever possible.
Additional Guidelines and Limitations
- We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price & the availability of the item.
- Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website & must meet all other price match criteria.
- In Store matches from other Hollywood Feed locations are excluded.
- Please bring the entire print ad or show the online price/digital version of the ad for proof of price.
- No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Hollywood Feed to match a competitor's price.
- We reserve the right to deny purchase & limit quantities per guest for local & / or online competitor matches.
- The price for an item must be listed & valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price & the availability of the item. If Hollywood Feed is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
Possible Exclusions
- Damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items
- Pricing due to typographical errors, loyalty cards, credit card offers, gift card offers (Hollywood Feed GiftCard, specialty and pre-paid gift card), financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates, or mail-in offers.
